Omg this is what I live for! To motivate and inspire! Thank you for this love and I’m so happy to hear your starting on your journey! 😊😊 ok first off..you need to have the right mindset. If your mind isn’t into it and doesn’t want to fully commit, you’re going to quit within the first week or two, so make sure your prepared for the tough road ahead. Second, start small. Don’t go too big to quickly. This goes for exercising and changing your diet. Don’t do 100 jumping jacks and 100 squats in one day. Figure out what suits your body and start from there. Once you feel your body getting used to the struggle of working out, upgrade the process gradually and slowly and you’ll start seeing results. With the diet, start home cooking for your self. Cut out all frozen food aisle stuff. It’s all loaded with sodium! Sodium makes you bloated and also that’s part of how they keep the food preserved. Look on the packages you’ll see what I mean :( cook home meals and you get to control what you put in the food. Veggies, chicken, eggs, fruits, typical shit lol That’s pretty much what I did..i hope this helps and I didnt mean to babble lol please keep me updated on your journey and if any more questions please let me know. I’m no expert, but I do like to be an inspiration 😊
